recent projects: office space
As the headquarters of a development group and design consultancy, the space needed to tap into the creative energy of both enterprises, while working with the existing structural framework of the building.
Strong colours were used to draw the eye away from the grey commercial carpet. Latte suede walls add texture and richness while red jellyfish lights inject energy.
The partitioning solution is reminiscent of the Japanese Shoji environment, but by replacing cedar and rice paper with aluminium and glass, it takes on an industrial feeling to complement the surrounding building.
